On Friday, July 19, 2024, Deacon Aden Moore, III, 72 years of age, a dedicated husband, father of six children, and grandfather of 15 grandchildren, departed this life to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
A TIME TO BE BORN
Deacon Aden Moore, III was born to the union of the late Aden & Lula Mae Moore, in Ray City, GA on December 19, 1951. During his lifespan he relocated to Starke, FL and later moved to Havana, FL. He graduated from Havana Northside High School in 1971. He held certificates in Welding and Auto–Mechanics. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His pastime hobbies were fishing, hunting, grilling, landscape, and auto-mechanics.He was also an avid DJ.
A TIME TO LIVE
Deacon Moore, III, was raised in a loving Christian home with his siblings. He found Christ at an early age and attended Hopewell AME Church and later joined New Jerusalem MB Church, where he was ordained asa Deacon, Choir Member, and served on the Finance Committee for many years. His life-long career of over 30 years included Mays Nursery and served over 20years as a Maintenance Supervisor at Florida &M University, where he retired in 2018.
He leaves to cherish his love and affectionatememory his wife of 32 years, Ida Moore, and sons ColusMoore (Letitia), Carlvernice Moore, and Carlo Herring(Wakita) all of Havana, FL. His daughters Sarancena Moore (Kortidious) of Havana, FL Brendeisha Madry(Timothy), and Querida Silas (William) all of Tallahassee,FL, and a Goddaughter Valencia Carter of Jacksonville, FL. Hisbrothers Jimmy Lee Moore (Miranda) of Middleburg, FL, Freddie Lee Moore (Cynthia) of Flat Rock, NC, Eddie
Moore, Hendersonville, NC, and Sisters Jackie Moore ofStarke, FL, Precilla Roberts (Charles), Mary Helen Rosierof Tallahassee, FL, Carolyn Moore Asheville, NC, and Rose Moore of Flat Rock, NC, Brothers-In-Law FreddieSmith (Mary) of Quincy, FL, Larry Smith (Carolyn) ofHavana, FL, and Sisters-In-Law Hazel Frazier of Havana,FL, and Callie Logan of Tallahassee, FL, grandchildren,and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded him in death two sisters Margaret Moore, and Shirley Ann Moore, and a brother James Henry Moore.
