Vienia Mae McLaurin

Vienia Mae McLaurin, age 76, of Havana, Florida, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, September 24, at the Havana Community Development Center (formerly known as Old Havana Northside High School) in Havana, FL.

Vienia is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Bobby McLaurin, who will forever cherish their enduring love. She is also survived by her loving children: Donnie McLaurin of Havana, FL; Tony (Resheemah) McLaurin Sr. of Las Cruces, NM; and Bernadette McLaurin, also of Havana, FL.

She also leaves to cherish her memory, her sisters, Hazel Williams and Deborah Garrison (Leroy), and her brothers, Elder Benjamin Williams (Patricia), James Williams (Annie), and Algin Williams (Erica); brothers-in-laws, Freddie McLaurin (Patricia) and Jimmy McLaurin (Nancy), and sister-in-laws, Mary Ann McLaurin and Irna Walker.

Vienia's memory lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Dontay McLaurin, Samuel McLaurin, Brandon Morris, Zachary McLaurin, Daphne McLaurin, Kladaisa McLaurin, Kemaury McLaurin, Shakeyah McLaurin, and Aryana McLaurin. She was also blessed with four great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
